But the title of your thread is about Tuna, not a wall. The only original comment you made was about the Wall.

I am criticizing Obama for the Tuna situation and WTO fines, as per your OP.
You seem to be the only one wanting to stray for the OP. (Which I can't blame because the issue as in the OP is clearly Obama's fault.

If you want an update on the wall or who will pay for the wall, I suggest you start a new thread about that subject.
