Learned my two year old had a stomach bug while seated at a middle both at a packed Chick-fil-a one morning. Not her fault but she could not stop throwing up. Luckily an older gentleman started shouting "Woo! Woo! Woo!" thus alerting everyone in the Chick-fil-a. It got so quiet you could hear the throw up dripping on the floor.

I'm not, but an OT baller would have gotten his free refill before leaving.
