If Im frying bream I fillet some for the wife, the rest are on the bone just the way I like it. I clean the meat off the bones to give to the kids because they think its cool to see a fish skeleton. The taste doesnt compare imo. Bone in bruh.

It just feels like the right way to eat bream and small catfish.
A catfish has to be realllllllllll small for me to not keep it.
