note spending fell in part because the cost of photovoltaics is dropping.
care to share your knowledge of USA investors?
My sister has made OT money on her investment in Tesla.
One of our kids has made a decent return on her investment in smaller energy startups.
One of our kids works for a company with tentacles in the energy biz.
