You want to change an already independent variable?


It constrains the variable. I've seen it work in action. It would help to reduce traffic especially during low to moderate congestion periods.

Of course, we need to do a better job of policing vehicles who hold traffic in the left lane altogether.

Furthermore, Baton Rouge should cut a deal with West Baton Rouge and pay that parish annually for an agreement to force tractor-trailers heading East down 190 and across the Old Bridge. This would immediately alleviate traffic on the New Bridge and the cluster that is the one lane I-10 debacle.

The OP was somewhat agreeable. This post is downright retarded. I'm no lawyer, but I'm pretty sure a parish does not have the right to force traffic off of a federal interstate and onto a state highway. And not a fricking chance that another parish has the right or capability to pay another parish to perform this illegal act.
I can't stand the way 18 wheelers barrel through BR but you are a damn idiot.
