Unfortunately, too many government officials think this is the answer.
In reality we need modern infrastructure to attract new facilities and businesses.

I love that excuse the NFL and other professional sports use to take the taxpayer to the cleaners. Tell us it is going to increase tax revenue to offset what a local and state gives up. Yeah, Juan and Jamal that brings me a beer and peanuts is really pumping up tax revenue.
