State CPS is largely useless. They don't have the money to manage all of the cases thrown their way. I cannot stand working with CPS because it is like pulling teeth, but I don't fully blame them for it. They just don't have the resources.

For example, I contacted them over a child who had been in the ICU 5 times before the age of 2 for asthma.

Nothing was done.
