Let's not forget JBE has already shaken down DOTD vendors in a fund raiser for his brother--wink wink--in Manchac that raised $750,000.
He has to pay them back if he is going to shake them down again. Raise taxes on the citizens, use the money to through contracts at contributors, collect campaign contribution again, raise taxes again, pay off contributors again and on and on.
