Louisiana will always be broke.
What ever tax they raise they spend.
JBE is the biggest spending governor EVER.
Not a single cut is on his agenda. No cuts to film welfare spending. No cuts in pension benefits. No closing of failed higher ed institutions like SUNO. No cuts to big contributors like health care providers. No cuts to any state agency.
