Where are you guys eating? The Bachelor Farmer is a fantastic restaurant, with a really cool speakeasy under it. The Harriet Brassiere was also really good.
Minneapolis is an awesome city, I'd definitely consider living there.

Actually we stay in Rochester for a few days 4 times a year. But, I find yankee food to be uninspiring at best.
