It isn't uncommon for a college outfielder to throw 90 on a crowhop. It's not the same as throwing 90 from the mound

Well you're assuming the crow hop and it won't turn a good arm into a great arm. You may get 3 to 5 mph added with a crow hop. The highest anyone has Deichman among college prospects is 49th while Fraley was as high as 21 on some scouting reports. Besides homer fans it's not really a question as to who is the better prospect. And most of Fraley's upside was his defense and arm. People should read scouting reports instead of pushing their opinions as gospel.
