While I am not a fan of what Title IX has become, this sounds not like a Title IX issue but a University of Texas issue, who handled it terribly by denying Klocke his due process rights.

Title IX is the engine that drives the train. And the conflicting orders from DOJ on how to interpret it have caused almost 100% of these campus violations of rights.

This might seem a little sensitive, but it's UT-Arlington, not UT-Austin.

That would be similar to criticizing the Tuscaloosa campus for something that happened at the Huntsville campus.

Not that it wouldn't happen in Austin, too...
