Any DUI should be a year in jail loss of license for 5 years.

I'd say a minimum of 30% of people in South LA have at least one DWI. That's a lot of people in jail and not working for 5 years. Might want to rethink that one Mr drama queen.
Punishment didn't stop it as much as Uber and Lyft. It seems to me like reliable, clean, cheap transportation is the best way to go
