First of all no they won't pay for all of it....they will pay for the lions share of it....and they will have an educated workforce to employ who isn't strangled by debt to start their adult lives and will therefore be more viable and not nearly bankrupt and having all of the issues that accompany staggering debt.

Who the hell do upper class folks go to when they need chemotherapy? The kids of upper class folks? Most likely the kid of a middle class background who was afforded some sort of educational assistance....wealthy people receive more benefits from a stable middle class than the middle class does...always have, always will....especially in the United States.
