Depends on how you drive. You can get up to 30% max discount, but depends on how you drive (hard brakes, fast accel, late night driving, amount of driving time). It can hurt your rate if you constantly slam bakes or floor the gas pedal, but as long as you drive fairly normal it should help you.

If you think you can drive carefully for the time period they require it (it didn't used to be something that was indefinite), it's worth trying. I think I got like 15 or 20% off. I saved a lot more just switching to GEICO, though.
