shite. That's right. I forgot about the gap
Mitch special there. We moved the election but couldn't move the corresponding inauguration date....until 2022.

Are you guys aware that 2 Billion has been allotted for street repairs all over the city.
New Orleans isn't somewhere that money gets spent on what it's intended for. It has to go in pockets first

concrete instead of blacktop?
Easier to see puke and blood stains on white concrete.

Here is my major infrastructure overhaul.
1) Phase out ALL assisted living within 15 miles of the Quarter.
2) Light up the place at night. Fog lights. Spot lights. Smart street lights. etc.
3) Install and maintain 100 HD cameras & 30 license plate readers. Rotate once or twice a year.
4) And my last one may be a little controversial. Ease the mob back in and allow them to handle a little street justice on the ongoing crime problem. The word will travel fast and Billy from Texas will less likely get robbed and shot as he walks back to his hotel room at 2 in the morn.

If this is true, they will have to have multiple people on look out when work is not being done to make sure drunk morons don't injure themselves or frick up the work. I see this as a real bad idea.
Think I read they're gonna erect a 10' chain-link fence around the work area
