This operation of the Dems has unfortunately worked pretty well so far - the white noise of "Muh Russians" - has obliterated everything in the public discourse for almost the entirety of the Trump administration so far - except for the brief pause to mock him for failing to repeal Obamacare.
If I were on the other side, I would be cautiously optimistic after the sustained success of this to blot out virtually any other news for approximately 60 days.
