That is not a "force".. the base runner messed up and left a base.. a "force" is when the base runner has to leave the base

Right.... but if it were a "force" then the run would not count.. "force" is a very specific term in baseball, this case just is not a "force".. but the runner will have to tag if he wants to avoid being out.
