Bought the game for like $10 during the holiday sale on PS4.

I am HOOKED. I just finished Kamoshida’s palace and I’m working on the second one now. I am a bit overwhelmed with the amount of personas and fusing and what not, but it hasn’t hampered my progress yet.

Any tips?

Remember to capture 1 of every persona so you can make whatever you need.

I know one of the palaces could be a pain in the arse if you didn't have immunity to death curse so it was important to keep a persona handy with that ability.

I think my playthrough earlier this year was about 150+ hours.

I wouldn't worry too much about fusing personas early in the game. I'd just concentrate on getting one of as many as you can and registering them in your Velvet Room. Fusing doesn't have a big benefit until you progress your social links. I only did it early on to clear out Personas I wasn't using much.

I'd focus more on maximizing your time in dungeons, by limiting your time there to 1 day (2 days max). It'll give you the time you need to up your stats and spending time with social links.

While min/maxing can be appealing, I think you'll enjoy it more by just doing a few levels with each person and finishing who you like. The only tip I recommend to all is planning out the week. You can easily find a guide that tells you what day each person is available. Use that to pick what day you spend with each person.
