These aren't your thoughts. They are your actions, and use on another person's property. Credit cards sell your useage data ALL THE TIME. Facebook and google use your phones location services to detect when you go to a store so they can serve you ads to that store. They even detect brand logos in the photos you post to sell advertisers on you.

Okay. Now I have found out how the politicians rationalized doing this in their minds.

ETA: Basically, "well other sect are doing and so should ISPs and I should get paid for making it legal"
