Well duh the worst states in the union vote republicans. Nothing in the republican agenda or platform is pro middle or lower class. All they care about is making sure their corporate donors are happy and their gravy train lobbyist get what they want.

New York went bankrupt and wanted a federal bailout. California was on the brink of bankruptcy. Michigan needed the federal government to fix their water supply that was killing people. Chicago is being crushed by violence.
