It's all good man, I do this in my spare time free of charge 
Now in the google flights link I have above, it suggests booking with a travel agent. What you may want to do is book this multicity ticket BPT-FCO and London (LHR)-BPT using the link below. If you follow the link through, you can book directly through American and not a travel agent. At that point you will have to book your intereurope travel separately, including SPU-LHR on croatia. Or you can see if it will book via a site like american express travel

I booked the BPT -> FCO you suggested . On the return flight, something changed and all I could find was through FRA but it still worked. 2 hr layover coming in from Zagreb. Will probably have to go out and back in security. Gonna be close.
