Not gonna lecture, but always aim where the red and the feathers meet. That way you can always see his head and he doesn't duck and periscope you as you squeeze.

If it was my brother, I'd have aimed low to hit perfect just to frick with him.

I'd get an aftermarket sight. They make some that clamp on the rail and are less than $30. If for nothing else, just to have something adjustable I could use to get through this turkey season.

First thing I thought

We're all 3 grown arse men with children of our own. But we never pass an opportunity to mess with each other, just like when we were kids.
