end product not the same in desired outcome.
A. health plans
1. single payer for all who want it.
2. capitalist market for those who want it. let the buyer beware.
both come with death panels. no heart lung transplants for those over XX years.
B drug market
citizens may purchase drugs from anywhere on earth. let the buyer beware. FDA continues its job. NIH continues its job. CDC continues its job.
the single payer plan, Medicare/medicaid is allowed to negotiate group purchases of commonly used drugs.
