Isnt it possible that we are trying to have some good roll over cap space for when #BreesGate happens next year?

Could be, as it does borrow $3 mil from other years also (not counting next year), meaning we gain an extra $3 mil next year if it all rolls over, (but lose $1 mil each the other 3 years).
