Which has absolutely nothing to do with immigration. You're using the pretzel logic of that wacko judge in Hawaii who claims all people in the world have 1st amendment rights. It's complete lunacy. If we follow his logic, that means we can never kill Isis terrorists in Syria without first getting a warrant from a court. Oh and we can't kill them, we would have to capture them, bring them here and conduct a trial. For each and every one of them. I mean they now have 4th amendment rights. Right?
