You need to go back and re read the post you started arguing with me on. I'm not saying a bs in engineering is harder than med school. Im saying we shouldn't be comparing the two.

Engineering bs is likely tougher than the undergrad degrees that med/law students have and engineering master's/PhD is likely tougher than med/law school programs.

Isn't the gist of the argument comparing the educational paths of engineers, physicians, and lawyers?

To be an engineer, you have to have a bachelors in engineering, to be a physician you have to graduate from med school, to be a lawyer you have to graduate from law school...
