That's gonna take 20 years

The only solution right now and it's temporary is to have all truckers take the older Mississippi bridge.

Since interstates were built for commerce, how about all cars take the old bridge?

The only solution is to close Washington st exit and reduce 110 lanes to allow two lanes from 10 to flow.
