I'd go with a stainless pot myself. Otherwise go to a restaurant supply store open to the public(Caire in New Orleans) or there Marque's on the westbank that had a heavy duty aluminum stock pot(restaurant grade) and basket with a paddle and a nice burner for I think it was $259.00
