I used to get so mad when they would do this in morning rush hour traffic in Dallas. You'd have to drive slower than the speed limit until you could get around them. Then they'd ride past the cars that had just passed them and you have to drive below the speed limit again. The ones that I would encounter all did that.

What I didn't get was that they could have ridden a block north or south and been on a much less traveled road. I'm talking about Lovers Lane or Mockingbird Lane headed west through University Park.
