I still don't understand the need to work out in groups? I don't understand cross fit for this reason? I was doing super sets in 2000 in HS with friends, almost the exact same thing. I've never felt the need to work out in a group, especially with the opposite sex. Its counter productive and always will be.
My wife loves classes. I tell her all the time, why the heck do you need to go to a yoga class for the 150th time? Do you not know it well enough on your own? I don't get it, but hey a couple classes a month to keep the wife in shape is money well spent IMO.
