probably also why there aren't many black Formula 1 or Nascar racers- the equipment and training costs have been prohibitive for many black countries and thus never had such a tradition in it

Seriously? NASCAR is almost exclusive to the American South - which is approximately 1/3 black.
This is a cultural thing, similar to swimming. It has nothing to do with racial superiority/inferiority.
