Also, I'm surprised Cincinnati hasn't come up yet.
2 NCs and 6 Final Fours. Granted, most of that success happened a long time ago, but they have remained a very good program. If we're considering the total history of the sport, do they not belong in Tier 2?

I remember Cincinnati for one thing. Coming in hyped and busting my bracket more often than not
