The problem is that Jindal turned that $100 into $90 without any meaningful spending cuts and plugged the gap with one time money that is now gone. My point is that people are blaming the dem for the mess left by the rep.

JBE is using one time money and accounting tricks just as Jindal did and he's adding more programs while doing it, and he raised taxes over one billion dollars.

JBE inherited a mess, and got a quick fix with a huge tax increase, but he cut very little and he still had to use the same "tricks" Jindal used.

The mess was mostly economic, Jindal failed to deal with that properly, and now JBE is doubling down and not dealing with the same issues.
