It's these people, Trump voters, who are most helped by ACA.
In terms of healthcare only, the AHCA as currently presented will result in loss of Medicaid. They are voting against their own self interest when it comes to healthcare.

That's true, some of these folks are voting against their interests without even knowing. I feel sorry for their situation and lack of awareness. But not to the point I want to give away more of my income, or vote a different way, in efforts to help them. Not my cross to bear.
Maybe the average voter can articulate that a little warmer than I just did, but I'm willing to bet your run of the mill swing voter, let alone a GOP/Trump voter, is not willing to financially sacrifice for these folks. Especially if you have your own family to feed and educate. Well meaning, but politically I don't see it as something the Democrats should harp on...won't win them enough votes. The goal is to win, after all.
