You're on the money about guards needing to get on D for transition D, but they can still do that if 1 is in the corner. I think AD and Boogie should spend more time near the block when the other is going to work. Both like to drive and post up, so when that is going on the other should crash. That still leaves 3 guards to get back on D. It gets tricky when for example Jrue drives and shoots, then one should get back unless they have a great chance at an OREB and/or playing a slow paced team.

I think so, but wonder about spacing. Right now they have almost zero shooting, so it's skewed a bit.

And it's tempting to have them clear out of the lane to start a half court possession- with better slashers on reversals/high PnR, the space is there to attack. The trick is moving them back closer to the rim through sound, smart action


Davis probably needs to be more of a roll man/diver than he has been the past few seasons. Go back to shot profile of 2-3 seasons ago w/ a smooth jumper and crashing offensive glass more.
