More barrel means more weight forward and helps me keep the gun moving through the target. I would need at least a 30" on an O/U, but 32" would be preferred but harder to come by. I think the resale value would be better on a 32" as well

I think I have 30" on my o/u. While shooting sporting clays, the length/weight can be tough to get around on quick doubles.

Just my experience.

Eta: but I say buy it, never can have too many.
