Cool. That's a different discussion altogether.
However, we both know that satisfaction surveys are dependent on what outcomes the researcher is looking for. I can be satisfied with the way my car was washed but not happy about the actual outcome. I'm just to lazy or timid to complain for example. So, I report that I'm satisfied.
