Between the Rowe Price Blue Chip and Vanguard Structured Large-Cap Equity fund. 7-10 year play, $5k per year investment.

Why those two and none others?
What are the expense ratios?
What are your goals with these funds?

Why those two and none others?
After my research I'm selecting between these two
What are the expense ratios?
under .85% for both
What are your goals with these funds?
7 to 10 year growth that exceeds the return rate of a targeted retirement fund

I am allocating $ from my Roth IRA contributions. Should split it out or pick one for the $5,500?

I have had Blue Chip fir years in a taxable account. In my opinion it's basically a tax manged S&P500 index fund. It follows the index pretty close but the manger sells off some losers so the tax hit isn't too bad. In an IRA that wouldn't matter and you might look at something that pays more in dividends like Price Capital Appreciation Fund

I liked that fund but it's closed to new investors.
