If their robots don't work any better than ours at my place of employment, humans are ok for a while.
Many task at my job are done by automated laser guided robots, but they are constantly losing their way, getting stuck and simply freezing up. It's a full time jog to keep chasing them down and manually getting them to do what they are suposed to do automatically.

So you hire a full time guy to chase them, a mechanic, and an IT specialist.

You know have three skilled positions worth high wages and company loyalty and you have machines which cut costs and nonsense.

Win. Win.
