Am I missing something about this TV deal?

Seems to me that this is a smoking deal for a 65" 4K TV by a reputable brand - but am I missing something? I get that its last years model but everything else seems pretty on par or even better than other similar offerings.

It is not an HDR panel. It has HDR processing so that you can handle the HDR input, but that is not a true HDR panel. That will cost more.
It also has an inferior upscaler and there have been reports of pixelating and artifacting problems with 1080i, so if you were planning on an OTA antenna for locals, you might want to consider something else.

i've found sam's club is a great place to get deals on tv...so i wouldn't be too suspicious.
