Potentially stupid question about swapping iPhone screens

So I have an iPhone 6S that screen is cracked pretty good and my gf has an older 6 that she no longer uses but the screen is fine. Could I get a repair place to just take the parts off the iPhone 6 and replace the broken one on my 6S? The phones are exactly the same in appearance
I'd just swap phones but the 6 doesn't have as much space and the memory got bogged down about halfway through restoring it so that's not an option
TIA

No. But you can get an iphone 6S replacement screen off amazon for $30 and watch a tutorial on how to replace it.
I know this because i once attempted to replace the screen on a 6 and accidentally bought the 6s replacement screen off of amazon. The motherboard ports are not identical. It wouldnt work. i had to return the 6s replacement screen and buy the 6 screen i meant to buy originally.

It is a pretty easy repair, I replaced my daughter's screen myself for about $30.

I see you can get the screen itself for about 30 online but I would also have to buy some of the special tools they use.
I have the screwdrivers but don't have the sponger thing and some of the other odder tools they use, could try using something else but am worried that I might mess it up and take it from cracked to unusable

Amazon has screens that come with the tools. I just did my iPhone 6
