Snowden would have suffered the fate of Nicky in the movie Casino if he went through the legal channels

His body would be being eaten by maggots in some hole in a Nevada desert right now

Seth Rich is the one example of why you don't go through legal channels to expose corruption. But let me guess Displaced Buckeye. You actually believe Seth Rich was killed in a robbery

He was robbed of his life by Illuminati agents. So I guess it was a robbery in a way.

That doesn't make him a hero. He's a traitor. Period.

There are whistle-blower channels in all government agencies. They work. Even the CIA has an IG. Or hell contact a Congressman or Senator from the opposite party in power of the sitting President. I'm sure they'll open an investigation REAL damn fast.

I am willing to bet when you reach the level Snowden was at that they monitor everything you do. It had to be a smash and grab deal. I wouldn't be sitting around waiting on some Senator to use my head as political gain. Which Senator would you trust that might not be involved in it or knows about it?

You would prefer none of us know that the Federal government is spying on us.

While I think Snowden deserves jail time, I also think many many others in our Government and Shadow Government deserve jail Time too.

He was a filthy contractor but he was damned good in IT. The idiots he worked for and with gave him too many keys--probably even personal passwords and PKIs that granted him access to programs he wasn't read into and had no business working on.

He took his last job (at minimum) specifically to conduct espionage.

And yes, he is a traitor.

The insistence on conflating espionage and leaking is not a good look.

frick you. It was espionage. And he took his act to just the right customers. Or all this is just the biggest fricking coincidence in the history of the clandestine services.

But hey. Every other nation gets to keep doing their thing on the cheap, but at least those pesky Americans will have to retool a lot of their shite for the sake of humanity.
