This may or may not be true, but that doesn't mean she still didn't want him at LSU.
What part of it was staged though? Her dressed in purple and gold and speaking on live tv she roots for LSU?
She also commented days after she's still an LSU fan.
So she ordered a Bama cake for her son because that's what he wanted. She still stated what she wanted.
Am I missing the staged part? Or was all that LSU stuff fake?
Eta : It's a slow day, that's why I'm interested in this at all.

You are, I'm referring to her fake "shocked" reaction to her son picking Bama over LSU.
