This game is 10 times worse than the first in trying to do their absolute best to disgust and or completely offend you in every way other than race which come to think of it I have never even seen a black character in any of these games for whatever reason... I assume they dialed it down a bit before they released it.

Worse as in more gruesome and offensive or less gruesome and offensive? Because if it's the former, then I feel like that's a good thing for a game like this.
