Ending D is just choosing to fight as 9S for the final fight.
Ending E is choosing either A2/9S after you've gotten both endings.
As for the bad endings, they're mostly doing silly things. Like eating a mackeral for Ending K or removing your OS chip for Ending T. The only one that requires some doing is Ending Y, which I highly recommend to every person who has played Nier.

I think I'm gonna pick up Drakengard 3 and Nier (even though Drakengard seems absolutely ridiculous)
