Louisiana Food Truck Regulations

Not sure where you are, but if you're in BR, there's a new space being developed that will have food booths set up, but it will be inside a market place on Government, downtown. It's called White Star Market and to me, that seems like a lot less hassle than operating a food truck, if you're potentially breaking out into the restaurant business.
