If they could have delayed the season or predicted that Trump would win then I think they could have done some more interesting things. A character like trump who is at odds with intelligence agencies and doesn't care about facts and is possibly in cahoots with Russia could have had real potential.

Yeah, but if @real hadn't won, the season would have been dismissed as ridiculous.
