and for the most part Disney really does douche up the villains in their movies. Scar was for the most part the most savage of them all followed very, very closely by Ursula

Scar is tough to beat, but if you think about it the guy from The Rescuers Down Under has to be up there. Who kidnaps a young boy, fakes his death, and has plans to kill him later on in the movie only to cover up your poaching crimes?
