That's the extent of it from the link you posted. If you stand trial for insurance fraud, there is a paper trail. Has anyone ever linked to the pleadings themselves? If this had legs, you'd think it'd be a much bigger deal.
Federal judges don't govern law licenses and I find it highly unlikely a federal judge would give her that ultimatum.
